Patient Information Hub

Your one-stop shop for all the information you need for your treatment at Fertility North, whether you are a first-time visitor or seasoned TTC veteran.

Knowledge is Power

Fertility North takes prides in empowering its patients by ensuring they are educated and informed throughout the treatment journey: from your first appointment, to the comprehensive range of sophisticated treatment options available.

Prior to undertaking any treatment, your Doctor will discuss with you the options available and their recommendations based on your unique needs.  You will then receive a tailored information and consent package, provided by our qualified fertility nurses.

Fertility North also offers a wide-range of patient information sheets, covering all aspects of your treatment.  Please be sure to request more information from our team.

Patient Feedback

Fertility North is continually striving to provide excellent, safe and high quality patient care.

Regardless of the type of treatment you have undertaken, or its outcome, we are eager to know your thoughts on what we have done well, but more importantly, what we can do better!  Your feedback is treated with the strictest of confidence and is used to implement changes and continuously improve the service we offer patients.

If you have any feedback, positive or constructive we ask that you submit it via email to:

admin@fertilitynorth.com.au

Alternatively patients are encouraged to complete our anonymous online patient feedback survey:
